It was exceptionally clean, and I appreciated perfect staff and location. The room was new-fashioned with linen, did n't have screens, for instance, I felt comfortable there. The experience was really comfortable and I would stay here again.

Great service, I felt very comfortable.
I stayed here for a trip and would stay here again. The hotel was tidy and perfect for cruise. My room was decent size and budget complete with bigger washroom as well as double beds and regarding price, think it's best value: D

Great location! You are directly in the downtown and all hotspots are within walking distance.
No window, thus very dark in the room, but since you are on the road the whole day, no further tragedy.

The room with bath needing numerous repairs was best value.

The situation is very good. In the middle of it, but also a little louder.
Breakfast at Chelsea Restaurant. Toast, hashbrown and eggs. For a little variety, there's an extra charge. Okay, but every day the same thing. The staff was very nice, though.

The location of the hotel was very good! The staff at the registration desk was extremely friendly and helpful, especially when checking in online for the return flight.
The selected room was very small overall, but sufficient for sleeping! For the included breakfast there was only a standard selection (two eggs, hash potatoes, toast and coffee or tea). An alternative, e.g. Oatmeal etc. had to be bought "overpriced", which was a shame.

This hotel is nicely situated in the downtown area, while still being priced at a reasonable rate. The hotel appeared fresh and clean inside. Room size was adequate, although our room would have been better if there was additional seating. If you only plan to use the room for sleeping, then size shouldn't be an issue. However, with multiple people (we had four) in the room, things could get crowded. The bathroom appeared fairly new and clean with a full bathtub and shower. The hotel offers a restaurant, in the lower level, where we had a good breakfast and good service. For those that need to leave their luggage after check- out, they offer to keep your bags in the lobby under watch by the staff and also tethered together by a steel cable and lock to prevent theft. Shuttle service was also provided from the airport to the hotel. Overall, this hotel is a good value and the fact that it is within walking distance to all the sites and tourists attractions makes this a worthwhile place to stay.

Practical, relatively modern, great location
Lift is rather slow. The shower is actually good but not very modern

Had a blast with my friends staying here! We spent a fun day at Kitsilano Beach and English Bay beach. The location is super convenient for exploring the area, and we loved the comfy beds and pleasant atmosphere. It's a great spot if you're planning a group vacation and want to be close to fun spots and dining options.
One downside was the outdated bathroom. The toilet had issues , a bit uncomfortable.

The room had a parquet floor, is in very central location, very good service and quick check out at night, price performance OK.
The room is very loud, windows are not so tight. Could be better.
